1. Service description

FSM provides cloud-hosted field service management software ("Service") built on ERPNext. Your workspace is a dedicated ERPNext instance provisioned on DigitalOcean infrastructure in the New York City region.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Your data is stored in a dedicated database on DigitalOcean NYC. We take daily backups and retain them for 30 days. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (DigitalOcean for hosting, Resend for transactional email).

4. Uptime and support

We operate the Service on a best-effort basis during the trial phase. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific SLA at this stage. Support is provided by email reply to your welcome message.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate your workspace at any time. On termination, a final backup is stored for 30 days and then deleted. You may request an export before termination by contacting us.

6. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
